ERP Trainer in Chennai


 Job opening for a full time position as an ERP trainer in chennai. 

Exp: 7+ yrs

Job Summary:

Our company is looking for a professional trainer for a long term collaboration, whose main function will be to put in place training systems and activities to support the new ERP implementation, adoption and future maintenance across all locations, as well as support the business processes transformation if requested.

This person will join the “Company Academy” team and have a strong focus on the ERP Project during the first 2-3 years, but evolve to support with training also other operational activities in the future. 

Main responsibilities

·         Create training materials for the new ERP and ensure a proper governance of ERP adoption documentation.

·         Train Key Users in global training sessions when required, to support roll-outs, upgrades or onboarding processes.

·         Collaborate during local roll-outs of the new ERP and retrofits to ensure proper documentation for employee qualification and requalification purposes. 

·         Build the existing training platform (UAP – User Adoption Platform) as a main tool to facilitate users self-learning, maintain the master English version and enable local languages versions, ensuring central control and collaborating with local Key Users for translations updates.

·         Train other internal trainers and UAP – User Adoption Platform Key Users. 

Profile required

·         Master Degree (Technology, Engineering, Education, etc).

·         English fluency is a must.

·         Project Management skills.

·         Solid knowledge of ERPs, with strong preference for Infor LN, and also SAP.

·         Tech savvy.

·         Learning agility, strong communication skills in person and also via videoconferencing, target and people orientation.

·         Willingness to be hands on and very operational at times.

·         Travelling availability, possibility to be temporarily based at the site during the ERP local implementation.
